Scope Of Work: Kindly reach out to Requestor before starting any work Vincenz Nino Almanzor @+63 917 858 5323 *If we could complete all prelay quick, then we'll do the hot cut the same day. Otherwise, prelay on the first day, then hot cut on the second day. 1. Claim package Order#3662468/Shq#431176 (Inbound:REQ0506249-RITM0518554). This contains all required cables. 2. Refer to the file XSP1_MPOR_801-802-803.xlsx for the portmap. 3. Prelay new cable from Existing Metro Port --> New BB Port. Leave the cables hanging first. 4. Once prelay done, we'll hotcut in three batches. 5. At Existing Metro Port, disconnect old cable then connect the new cable. 6. At Existing BB Port, disconnect old cable then get the SFP. 7. At New BB Port, insert the SFP then connect the new cable. 8. Once all links on current batch are up, we'll repeat steps 5-8 for the next batch. 9. Once all batches are up on the New BB Port, print and attach new cable labels showing Existing Metro Port --> New BB Port. 10. Clean-up/remove the old cables Existing Metro Port --> Existing BB Port. |
